Our one hour yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Classes can be arranged before work, throughout the day or after working hours. We offer a minimum yoga course of 8 weeks, for up to 12 participants, that will leave your workforce re-energised. Mats will be provided.

Yoga is an ancient practice proven to enhance mental and physical health. Studies show that yoga has a greater impact on reducing stress and anxiety than other forms of exercise.

Our experienced yoga instructors will lead your employees through a series of beneficial postures and breathing exercises that will strengthen their bodies, alleviate muscle tension, reduce blood pressure, relieve stress and anxiety, boost immunity and digestive functioning and improve sleep quality and concentration levels. Studies have also demonstrated yoga’s effectiveness in reducing the symptoms of depression, addiction, heart conditions, fatigue, insomnia, IBS, asthma, headaches and chronic illness and pain.
