2 hour workshop

Recent research suggests that 1 in 10 of us feel overwhelmed at times with irrational worry or concern about everyday things, affecting our wellbeing and hindering our ability to perform at work. This 2-hour workshop helps your employees recognise the physiological patterns characteristic of worry and apply simple tools to ease their stress levels.



2 hour workshop

This 2-hour workshop will introduce your employees to an aspect of communication that, if practiced, holds the potential to transform the nature of their interactions. Mindful communication skills supports them to build bonds, work better within teams, manage conflict, influence others and speak with greater confidence and authenticity.

MBSR 8 week programme

MBSR was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and has been running in its current format for over 35 years. It is an experiential-based learning approach and offers an empirically validated method to cultivate mindfulness. The course consists of eight interactive sessions, each for 1.5 hours, exploring the principles and practice of mindfulness as well as group discussions about present-moment experience. The programme is much more than a stress reduction intervention. It supports participants to deepen their understanding of themselves, to understand the nature of the human mind and how it functions and to be able to cultivate the capacity to create choice and respond appropriately and effectively to the demands of daily life.


Mindfulness is a form of meditation practice that will train the minds of your employees to be in the present moment, enhancing their attention span, awareness, communication with colleagues and decision making abilities as well as decreasing their stress and anxiety levels.

Since 1970s, neuroscientists have documented the positive changes that take place in the brain of regular meditators which is why many of today’s most successful business leaders practice mindfulness such as Bill Ford (Ford Chairman), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn CEO) and Jeremy Darroch (SKY CEO). Steve Jobs was a lifelong practitioner of meditation, affirming the connection between meditation and creativity. The Bank of England and Transport for London are among UK businesses to have provided their staff with meditation sessions.
